The Senior Financial Analyst will participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
• 1–3+ years of FP&A/financial analysis or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to turn large data sets into a narrative.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, modeling and variance analysis.
• Power BI experience strongly preferred; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and analytics across the organization using Power BI.
