Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a hybrid role with two days on-site. You will support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting while partnering with department heads and the Accounting Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and analytical skills. OneStream exposure is a plus. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience including month-end close.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• OneStream exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and highlighting variances to management.
• Prepare and analyze department spending and variance analyses.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting cycles and provide insights.
• Assist with journal entries and reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting requests.
