Amazon—Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support MEC reporting for SSD and new speed programs. You will consolidate financials, build models, and drive actionable insights that improve profitability and customer experience across high-growth logistics initiatives.

Role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and BI Engineering, plus partnering with Operations to influence strategic decisions and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and consolidation for SSD financial and operational performance.
• Manage database tools, reporting mechanisms, financial systems and create insightful analysis.
• Coordinate the overall close process with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting and BI Engineering.
• Facilitate leadership reviews and monitor closure of follow-up items.
• Create financial models and plans, interpret large data sets and make recommendations.
• Communicate data clearly to stakeholders with concise written and verbal summaries.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through data and financial analysis and develop new metrics.
• Implement solutions to simplify, improve, automate, standardize and scale processes.
