Amazon Rapid Logistics (AMRL) Finance seeks a Finance Manager to design and launch new businesses. You will build financial models, lead capital planning for SSD, and partner with operations to optimize profitability and customer value.

The role requires strong analysis, forecasting ability, and the skill to influence stakeholders across teams in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience identifying data issues and implementing escalation plans.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial models with impact.

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models and analyses to drive investment decisions for new initiatives.
• Lead capital planning and optimization for the SSD network, including launch strategies, capex forecasting, allocation and ROI analysis.
• Partner with business teams to define financial trade-offs and support decision making.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues while maintaining high standards.
• Develop scalable financial solutions to improve tools, technology, and processes.
• Contribute to strategy and roadmap for key initiatives and communicate financial concepts clearly.
