Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analyses, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and consolidation for SSD financial and operational performance
• Manage database tools, reporting mechanisms, financial systems and create insightful analysis to drive business improvement
• Coordinate the overall close process partnering with various stakeholders across Finance, Accounting and Business Intelligence Engineering
• Facilitate effective leadership reviews, manage communication with stakeholders and monitor closure of follow-up items
• Creating financial models and plans, interpreting large data sets, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations that deliver results
• Building effective business partnerships and communicating data clearly to leaders throughout the company
• Identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs through data and financial analysis and developing new metrics
• Implementing solutions to simplify, improve, automate, standardize and scale processes
