Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support growth through pro forma modeling, service line budgeting, and in-depth financial analysis. Remote work is possible at the manager’s discretion for this role with a focus on collaborative teamwork.

You will develop pro formas, coordinate annual budgets with service line Directors and VPs, prepare KPI reports, forecast quarterly results, analyze variances, and manage capital requests in PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Develop pro forma to support business development in operational and compensation analysis for ground floor startups, practice acquisitions, existing practice growth and physician replacements.
• Annual Service Line Budgeting: Coordinate with service line Directors and VPs to complete the annual budget, including revenue, compensation, staffing and operating expense projections.
• Reporting and Ad Hoc Requests: Create and maintain KPI reports, income statements, and other comparative analyses and ad hoc requests.
• Service Line Forecasting: Coordinate quarterly forecasting for assigned service lines, including revenue, staffing and operating expense projections.
• Service Line Variance Analysis: Provide root cause narrative analysis for monthly and year-to-date results, and prepare journal entries for proper financial statements.
• Capital Maintenance: Approve capital requests via SharePoint and input capital requests POs into PeopleSoft.
