Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and two years of professional experience in a related area OR Associate's degree and three years of related experience OR four years of professional accounting experience.
  • Experience with grants management and contracts preferred.
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft/TeamWorks Financials and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer agency contracts for services.
  • Serve as agency Administrator for the EMGrants System.
  • Analyze budget reports to determine funding levels.
  • Assign accounting codes to expenditure requests.
  • Complete E-Verify and contract reports for all contractors.
  • Serve as liaison for CONCUR transactions and other program needs.
  • Support procurement and reporting tools within finance divisions.
