Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance & Accounting Manager with advanced financial analysis, grant reporting, and oversight of government-funded programs. You will analyze financial performance, assist fund accounting, and ensure funding compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 3–5 years of experience, and strong Excel, D365, Solver and Power BI skills to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with D365, Solver, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
• Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights for programs and operations.
• Develop financial models to assess scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure grant compliance and prepare financial statements for programs.
