Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group in the United States. You will partner with senior management to build budgets, evaluate potential acquisitions, and track core metrics in a growing environment.

You will develop models, dashboards, and KPIs, deliver insights to executives, and drive process improvements across finance and operations while aligning with strategic initiatives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare reporting and analysis with dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for performance measurement.
• Assess deviations from targets and provide insights to leadership.
• Create materials for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Develop presentations that support decision-making for executives.
• Identify opportunities for modeling automation and process improvements.
