Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and statutory principles; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting for assigned legal entities and holding companies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and analysis.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory filings and consolidated reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
