Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development to build financial tools and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of decision support systems, cost accounting and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel and Python/SQL skills; automating financial workflows with AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice, project management and written deliverables to support budget and operations using AI-powered analytics.
• Act as liaison between Finance and department managers for financial performance and variance reporting with AI-assisted analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to create annual capital and operating budgets, monitor productivity bi-weekly and analyze monthly variances using ML models.
• Prompt, evaluate and iterate on AI outputs to ensure accurate financial insights.
• Lead special projects including AI tool evaluation, implementation and new program/system setups.
