Job summary

NextPower Inc seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Fremont, CA to join the FP&A team and support the Service business unit. You will partner with Service leadership, Operations and Accounting to manage planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

You will analyze service revenue, margins and costs, support pricing decisions, and drive cost efficiency across units, with a focus on accurate projections and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in finance and accounting with FP&A focus.
• Experience partnering with Service/Operations and Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling and data extraction skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning and monthly forecasts for the Service unit.
• Maintain and explain forecasts for revenue, gross margin, Opex and headcount.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close, accruals and expense reviews.
