Job summary

Amazon Payments FP&A is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and analytics. You will consolidate across Payments businesses, analyze P&Ls, and develop forecasts to supply leadership with actionable insights.

You will build and maintain metrics, drive scalable automated reporting, and collaborate to resolve data integrity issues while contributing to both short- and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis; data mining and large-scale reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems like Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Build, report and maintain financial metrics for Amazon Payments.
• Drive automated reporting and analysis tools scalable across business areas.
• Identify, resolve, or guide resolution of data integrity issues with Controllership.
• Participate in short- and long-term financial planning.
