Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an FP&A Manager in Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid) who will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple facilities. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to shape profitability and operational decisions.

You will also gain exposure to treasury, manufacturing operations, and PE reporting, with scope to mentor a finance team and advance within a PE-backed manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs and cost accounting.
• Proven leadership through management or project leadership.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPI reporting, and profitability analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, customer profitability, plant performance, and operations.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive performance improvements.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and treasury activities; support PE reporting.

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

• Proven experience owning budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership through direct management, project leadership, mentoring, or significant business influence.
• Ability to build relationships with executive leadership, operational teams, and facility management.
