Shaw Construction is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and tax planning. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge and excellent communication across departments in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities include monthly forecasting for multiple entities, annual budget coordination, tax reconciliations, cost analyses, and preparation of management reports. A collaborative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Solid grasp of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting: update forecasts monthly for six operating companies.
• Budgeting: assist in annual budget process and variance analysis.
• Income Taxes: prepare tax reconciliations and estimated tax forecasts.
• Analysis: perform cost, capital, and ratio analyses.
• Other Reporting: compile monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Special Projects: assist with chart of accounts conversion and FP&A tool implementations.
• Other: coordinate filings and respond to requests from management and lenders.
