A growing, multi-location organization is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to its corporate finance team. This individual will play a key role in connecting financial performance, business strategy, and operational decision-making.
The position is highly analytical and offers broad exposure to the business. The successful candidate will build financial models, develop forecasts, evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and work directly with leaders across the organization to help drive profitable growth.

What You'll Own
Planning & Forecasting
- Own and support key components of the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models used to project business performance.
- Evaluate forecast assumptions and business drivers and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Business & Financial Analysis
- Investigate financial results and translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting financial performance.
- Evaluate costs, profitability, investments, and other financial opportunities.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance metrics to improve visibility into the business.
- Provide financial analysis supporting strategic initiatives and business cases.
Strategic Partnership
- Work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to understand business priorities and financial implications.
- Serve as a finance partner to stakeholders across multiple areas of the organization.
- Challenge assumptions and provide an objective financial perspective when evaluating business decisions.
- Help connect financial results with operational and commercial activity.
Reporting & Communication
- Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and financial reporting.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations in a concise, easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop recurring reporting that enables leadership to quickly identify areas requiring attention.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior management.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Simplify inefficient workflows and improve coordination between finance, accounting, systems, and business teams.
- Help establish scalable processes as the organization continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or a comparable role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Experience working with financial systems and large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect individual data points to broader business trends.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
- Experience within a large, complex, or multi-location organization.
- Background in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or another operationally intensive industry.
- Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing finance, variance analysis, or profitability analysis.
- Exposure to enterprise planning, forecasting, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting strategic investments, capital planning, or M&A-related analysis.

Compensation
$90,000 – $105,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
