Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience writing SQL queries is a plus.
• Experience with Accounting systems (Oracle, Planful, Acumatica) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Effective as a team player and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast expense and cash flow.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts that meet targets.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and corresponding analysis for senior leadership.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for stakeholders.
• Lead in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Business Units.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and track progress.
• Drive efficiencies by improving financial systems and workflows.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support business operations.
