Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years in a similar financial analyst role.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle or similar accounting systems is a plus.
• SQL experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast expense and cash flow.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop forecasts that meet targets.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare KPI analyses and reports for leadership.
• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for business units.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
