Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong relationship-building skills. Office-based with travel as needed, and HIPAA/data security awareness emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5 - 10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units
• Office-based role with travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business related analysis including forecasts and analysis of trends
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support analysis and reporting
• Conduct financial analysis projects and document findings for management
• Present analysis and financial results to management at all levels
• Provide recommendations related to reserves, assets, and expenditures
• Lead special financial analysis projects within the department
• Coordinate activities to ensure projects progress and deadlines are met
• Input, retrieve or display accounting information using computer systems and software
