Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced financial analyst to perform research, forecasts, and reporting. You will develop spreadsheets and databases to support analysis, coordinate with multiple departments, and communicate findings to management.

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Excel/Access. Power BI experience is preferred, and travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 5 - 10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with various computer applications to include MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and coordinate with management and departments
• Develop forecasts and analyze financial reports and trends
• Advise management on outcomes and improvement opportunities
• Lead financial analyses and prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Input, retrieve, and display accounting information using PC or mainframe systems
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting
