Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced financial analyst to perform forecasting, analysis of financial reports, and trend evaluation. You will develop spreadsheets and databases to support reporting and drive business insights.

You will communicate with management, coordinate with multiple departments, present findings, and guide decision-making through ad hoc analyses and variance explanations. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• 5-10 years progressive experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and business analyses and research including forecasts and trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to management.
• Explain variances and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and coordinate projects with multiple departments.
