Freeman Health System is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Decision Support team at Freeman Business Center. The role focuses on forecasting, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate financial insights for patient care resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 7+ years of experience; an MBA is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Freeman network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting/finance
• MBA/Masters in Business Administration, Finance or related field is desirable

Responsibilities

• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately.
• Works independently and develops own projects.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to allocate resources for patient care.
• Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings.
