Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Sr. Analyst to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting to prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

The role sits within Financial Strategy and Operations and emphasizes policy, controls, and timely reporting to clients and management teams. The candidate will perform accounting transactions, post journal entries, and maintain financial packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests are posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely client delivery.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization.
