Baird seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – External Reporting and Regulatory in Milwaukee to prepare financial statements, regulatory filings, and accounting guidance. You will collaborate with Finance, Corporate Resources and business teams for new initiatives and significant transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• CPA license or the ability to meet CPA requirements within one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audits with internal and external stakeholders and manage scheduling and documentation
• Prepare mid-year unaudited and year-end audited financial statements and disclosures
• Prepare quarterly cash flow statements and bank reporting packages
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory filings and reporting packages
• Maintain accounting policies, narratives and process flows, researching new issuances
• Communicate financial impact of regulatory changes on firm policies
• Assist with month-end close by reconciling data and recording accruals
