Job summary

Harbinger Motors, a US EV company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx and headcount. You’ll partner with Engineering leadership to translate operations into financial impact and provide actionable insights for executives.

You will support monthly forecasts, assist in annual budgeting, and monitor KPIs to highlight risks and opportunities while improving processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in Product Development.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand drivers behind the numbers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx and headcount with variance analysis.
• Partner with leaders to interpret operational performance for executive reviews.
• Assist in annual budgeting with cross-functional data consolidation.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering on cost-down initiatives.
