Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience in a large consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution environment.
• Experience developing and leading annual budgeting processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of implementing or improving financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify reporting and KPI opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
• Analyze investments and projects to assess financial impact and profitability.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and document methodologies.
