• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Dive into structured, hands‑on training to develop strong foundational sales knowledge
• Gain expertise in processes, systems, and pricing strategies
• Help manage sales accounts with accuracy, organization, and professionalism

• Support the Sales Manager with system data, documentation, and compliance
• Step up to provide guidance to sales reps whenever the Manager is away
• Respond to requests quickly, clearly, and professionally
• Represent the team with polished written and verbal communication
