Job summary

Sauder Woodworking Co. in Archbold, OH, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Manufacturing & Operations to partner with operations, drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across functional areas.

You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and ERP systems, translate business needs into scalable analytics, and present insights to leadership to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Five years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, and distribution.
• Experience with budgeting processes and scalable reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Strong Excel, data modeling, and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify reporting, analytics, and KPI opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
• Analyze investments and projects to assess financial impact and profitability.
• Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and ERP data.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and document methodologies clearly.
• Present financial and operational insights to leadership to drive priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve profitability and efficiency.
