Horizon3 is a fast-growing, fully remote cybersecurity company offering autonomous pentests and scalable assessment operations. We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across the organization.

You will support monthly reporting, build consolidated models, and partner with Accounting to ensure accurate closes. This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth technology; cybersecurity or enterprise software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial models including income statement, balance sheet, headcount, OPEX, cash flow, and planning schedules.
• Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions.
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior period results; identify drivers, variances, trends, and risks.
• Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership.
• Partner with Accounting to understand close results, accruals, and reclasses affecting financial reporting.
• Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including Pigment rollout.
• Support annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles

• Support the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes

What You’ll Bring

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience. Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• A proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Travel Encouraged

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 10% of travel to be successful. We encourage our people partners to join the departments they support at things like Sales QBRs, Engineering Planning Onsites, etc.

In accordance with various State's transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position: Base salary range: $115,000- $151,000. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
