Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking an FP&A professional in the United States to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles. The role involves building consolidated financial models, analyzing variances, and delivering management-ready reports for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth tech, a Finance/Accounting degree, and strong Excel modeling skills. The position offers an equity package and a hybrid/remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare consolidated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, headcount, OPEX, cash flow).
• Consolidate results across departments and cost centers.
• Analyze actuals vs budget, forecast, and prior results; identify drivers and risks.
• Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for leadership.
• Partner with Accounting to understand close results and adjustments.
• Build and scale FP&A processes and KPI reporting; support Pigment rollout.
• Support annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.

What You’ll Do

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles
• Prepare and maintain consolidated company financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expense, cash flow, and other key planning schedules.
• Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior period results; identify key drivers, variances, trends, and risks
• Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership
• Partner with Accounting to understand close results, accruals, reclasses, and other items affecting financial reporting
• Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for the rollout of Pigment, our new planning tool
• Support the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes

What You’ll Bring

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience. Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software, is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• A proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

In accordance with various States transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

• Base salary range: $115,000- $151,000. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
• Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
