Horizon3.ai is seeking an FP&A professional to own planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS business. You will build consolidated models, analyze variances, and present insights to leadership.

The role collaborates with Accounting and Finance to optimize processes, deploy Pigment planning tools, and support long-range scenarios in a national US context. Hybrid/remote options are available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth tech, preferably cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to streamline planning and reporting.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills with clear insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, builder-oriented mindset in a evolving, high-growth setting.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.

What You’ll Do

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles
• Prepare and maintain consolidated company financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expense, cash flow, and other key planning schedules.
• Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior period results; identify key drivers, variances, trends, and risks
• Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership
• Partner with Accounting to understand close results, accruals, reclasses, and other items affecting financial reporting
• Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for the rollout of Pigment, our new planning tool
• Support the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes

What You’ll Bring

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience. Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software, is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• A proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment

In accordance with various States transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

• Base salary range: $115,000- $151,000. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
• Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
