Job summary

HomeServices in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead consolidation and monthly reporting for the HomeServices group. You will coordinate with regional operating companies and MEHC to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and reporting packages.

The role requires strong Excel and database skills, 3–5 years of accounting experience with consolidation, and attention to detail. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
CPA certification preferred.
3–5 years of accounting experience; minimum 2 years consolidation experience.
Strong Excel and database skills (Hyperion, Access, SQL).
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze monthly financial statements for HomeServices; manage month-end close with regional operating companies.
Prepare monthly reporting packages with analysis for management and MEHC.
Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries including inter-company transactions; coordinate with regional operating companies.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements related to HomeServices parent.
Reconcile and analyze all balance sheet accounts monthly for HomeServices.
Support quarterly and annual external reporting and audits.
Support consolidation of long-range plans and current-year forecasts.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
