Job summary

HomeServices of America in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Finance Project/Program Manager to lead finance initiatives and partner with executives and vendors. You will plan and execute projects, manage budgets, and drive results across teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Experience: 5-7 years minimum experience in finance project/program management.
• Knowledge and skills: strong communication, leadership, organization, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, direct and implement project(s) (70-75%).
• Create or review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding, and resources.
• Coordinate RFPs/RFI’s and due diligence for vendor selection.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and recruit personnel.
• Assign duties and scope of authority to project team and outside resources.
• Direct and participate in project activities to ensure schedule and budget.
• Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Analyze outcomes, report results, and mitigate risks.
