Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, to join the Commercial Finance team. You will manage and analyze sales commission programs while safeguarding confidentiality and supporting forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with business leaders, support month-end close, and deliver insightful financial analyses. Strong Excel, SAP/Tableau/Hyperion experience and a CPA or advanced degree are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; Master’s or CPA a plus.
• 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze commission programs and reporting.
• Support quota-setting processes and plan communications.
• Develop monthly sales performance reports and metrics.
• Partner with leaders for financial and operational analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and business insights.
