ORBIS Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions to join our Commercial Finance team. You’ll analyze sales commissions, support quota-setting, and deliver monthly performance metrics to drive strategic commercial decisions.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel, and experience with SAP/Tableau/Hyperion. A CPA or advanced degree is a plus, and travel is possible as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Accounting and/or CPA designation is a plus.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

Responsabilités

• Administer and analyze sales commission programs across ORBIS while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support annual sales quota-setting processes and compensation plan communications.
• Develop and deliver monthly sales performance reports and metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial and operational analysis.
• Support month-end close activities, financial statement analysis, and GL reconciliations.
• Conduct financial analysis for capital projects and business investments.
• Serve as a resource for product cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and special projects to support objectives.
• Act as a trusted financial partner for assigned functions and stakeholders.

About The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions to join our Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, sales performance, and strategic business partnership. You’ll play a critical role in supporting commission programs, reporting and forecasting activities, and business decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Accounting and/or CPA designation is a plus.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

Experience

• 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion is preferred.

Travel & Work Environment

• Up to 5% domestic and international travel, including occasional overnight stays. Ability to obtain a passport is required.
• Primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities.
