Oracle is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for OCI Finance to drive capital expenditure and cost controls for Networking & Supply Chain. You will partner with engineering, planning, and procurement to forecast, report, and optimize cash flow, depreciation, and project cost allocation in a large cloud infrastructure environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance of procure-to-pay processes, and strong communication with stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5+ years corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting and/or relating to IT / Networking; engineering & supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficient with data visualization tools, data governance practices and relational databases.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and governance.
• Excellent analytic skills with attention to detail; ability to turn data into insights.
• Passion for increasing efficiency, standardization and end-to-end process optimization.
• Proven success as a key team member delivering cross-functional results.
• Ability to stay organized in a matrixed organization and manage competing deadlines.
• Self-directed, analytical and curious mindset with decisive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analysis: analyze actuals, metrics, trends and forecasts vs budgets.
• Modeling: perform ad hoc financial modeling and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Team collaboration: deliver high-quality insights across Finance and Business teams.
• End-to-end process improvement: drive initiatives to improve processes, data and tooling in Finance, Accounting and Operations.
• Leverage Oracle Financial community to gather and analyze information and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules and business presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and business teams.
• Participate in quarter-end close activities.
