The position requires 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting. You will work with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and Silvon to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting required.
• 3–7 years of financial analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with financial analytics to drive change using data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual costs against budget, forecast and historical performance.
• Build and maintain budgets at multiple levels from departmental to business unit.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and support Integrated Business Planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain analysis and recommendations.
