NCL Bahamas Ltd. is seeking a Finance Support professional to assist executive leadership and various departments with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include building financial projections, reporting variances, and assisting in month-end close activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Suite applications. Excellent communication skills are essential for supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or budgeting.
• Experience performing various types of business analysis at a high level preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial projections for leadership.
• Research and report on financial variances against budget.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entry preparation.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare presentations for leadership.
