The Ohio Department of Public Safety seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to independently research and analyze complex fiscal information and manage program budgets across divisions including BMV, EMS, and ADM.

Responsibilities include payroll projections, budget planning, and evaluating budgetary concerns with senior management. The role emphasizes precision, compliance, and proactive cost control within a dynamic state government environment.

• Research & analyze complex information to resolve errors and manage fiscal aspects of program areas.
• Assist with payroll projections, budget planning & allocation.
• Prepare budgetary evaluations and discuss concerns with appropriate managerial staff.
• Manage account appropriations and provide account coding for DPS divisions (BMV, EMS, ADM).
