Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support client portfolios, revenue forecasting, and billing while ensuring budget accuracy. You will own monthly client forecasts, perform variance analyses, and partner with Account and Project Management teams to improve financial processes using AI and automation.

You will also develop Excel-based models, support the annual budget, and help implement finance policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an agency environment.
Advanced Excel skills.
Working knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Support the Finance Manager in running the annual budget and monthly forecast cycles.
Own inputs for assigned clients and coordinate with AMs, PMs, and Finance Leaders.
Perform monthly variance analysis and explain drivers behind results.
Oversee monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Develop, document, and maintain complex Excel-based financial models and reporting tools.
Improve reporting and planning processes through automation and better tooling (D365, Adaptive, Power BI).
Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting and accelerate data analysis.
