• Three to five years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced data analysis and forecasting.
• Knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in annual budget and monthly forecast cycles (SMTM and quarterly reforecasts).
• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain drivers behind results.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee the budget tracker with project owners and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with monthly client and intercompany billing tied to MSAs/SOWs/change orders.
