Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain program financial plans across multiple products and domains. You will collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Technical and other staff in a team environment to drive cost control and profitability.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration, and strong skills in ERP systems, pricing, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in program financial management.
• Experience in costing and pricing of complex development programs.
• Proficient with ERP, SCM and CRM systems and MS Office (Excel).
• Aerospace/Defense experience and ITAR awareness are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program financial plans including budgets and EACs.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Analyze cost performance to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare financial analysis reports for customers/users.
• Develop complex cost and pricing models; assist with proposal estimates and audits.
• Conduct variance, risk and profit/loss analyses and ad-hoc reporting.
• Coordinate with program office, operations and support organizations on financial issues.
• Identify process improvements in reports, tools and materials.
• Lead or participate as team lead on new assignments.
