Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in program finance, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience managing a team of employees.
• Experience with ERP and EPM systems; Hyperion, Oracle preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform financial analyses in support of business planning.
• Develop observations and recommendations from financial reports.
• Serve as finance partner to Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, and Operations.
• Communicate variances to management.
