Job summary

Codex seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to bring structure, insights, and financial clarity to a growing healthcare business. You will manage budgets, forecast performance, and analyze revenue and cost drivers to support decision making across commercial and clinical operations.

You will build scalable FP&A processes, analyze patient engagement metrics, and collaborate with leaders to shape capital and investment decisions, driving discipline in budgeting and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Looker, BigQuery).
• Experience with dimensional modeling in FP&A platform (Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic).
• Ability to translate messy data into clear financial conclusions.
