Job summary

Talent Fund Select Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing industrial organization expanding its finance analytics. This role blends FP&A with pricing, profitability, ROI modeling, and business decision support across finance, sales, and operations.

You will analyze customer and SKU-level pricing, cost trends, and work-order variances, forecast performance, and contribute to divisional reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, pricing, or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with pricing, profitability analysis, ROI analysis, or capital investment analysis is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Power Query, SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work across finance, sales, and operations to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, and support leadership decisions.
• Analyze pricing, margin, and profitability; develop ROI models for capital investments.

A newly created Senior Financial Analyst opportunity has opened with a multi-site industrial organization in Charlotte as the company continues to expand the analytical capabilities of its finance team.

Unlike a traditional FP&A-focused analyst position, this role will have significant involvement in pricing, profitability, ROI, and business decision support.

The analyst will work across finance, sales, and operations, using financial and operational data to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, and help leadership make better-informed business decisions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through large datasets and translate financial and operational information into actionable business insights.
• Experience with pricing, margin or profitability analysis, financial modeling, ROI analysis, or capital investment analysis is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills are important. Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus.
