Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our remote team. This role plays a pivotal part in financial planning, reporting, and data-driven analysis to empower strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and management of budgets and forecasts
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform business strategies
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results vs. budget and historical periods
• Build financial models and conduct analytics for new business initiatives
• Support improvements that better align corporate planning with strategic priorities
• Gather and manage large volumes of quantitative data for insightful reporting
• Provide analysis to inform key decisions, optimize operations, and explain financial variances
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), budget vs. actuals, trends, benchmarks, and more
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks as needed
• Identify opportunities to enhance system usage and reporting capabilities
• Support ongoing finance tech-related projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business planning
• Expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation); BI360 and Adaptive experience a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a foundation in finance, economics, and statistics
• Proven experience with financial statement analysis and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable partnering across all organizational levels
