Job description

The Senior Finance Associate will serve as a key finance partner to a designated region, with primary responsibility for leading the month-end close process and supporting ongoing financial performance management. This role partners closely with the Accounting team (ESC) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also collaborating with Operations leadership to drive insights, accountability, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
