Proven Recruiting seeks an FP&A and Strategic Finance professional to join a high-growth finance team in San Diego. You’ll build and refine financial models, own monthly reports, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience building or improving financial models, reporting, and processes utilizing Excel and BI Tools.
• Effective communicator with an ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What does this position pay

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $95,000-$120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
