Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or financial operations.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
• Experience in logistics/transportation finance is a plus.

We are building a world-class financial operations team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and profitability across our network.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our financial administration team. This role reports directly to the Senior Financial Analyst and will focus on data-driven receivables management, cost analysis, and insurance/clawback recovery.This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of logistics and transportation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within the factoring company portal.Review load data for inaccuracies as needed across the TMS system and factoring platform.Investigate and recover claw backs, insurance claims, and disputed payments.
