Serve as a lead analyst on balance sheet accounts and statement of activities accounts assigned by recording journal entries, analyzing, reconciling, and documenting processes in runbooks. Oversee reconciliation of working capital. Liaise between NYU's real estate portfolio and accounting to ensure proper recording and reconciling. Point person for intercompany processes and transactions. Seek out and identify various process improvement projects and propose solutions. Provide ongoing assistance to both internal and external customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
3+ years relevant experience with audit, analysis and reconciliation of large, complex bank accounts or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
